The VOIP model was presented during the meeting of the polish partner with local authorities. It was decided to prepare an innovative project undertaken within Human Capital Operational Programme, priority IX, Development of education and competencies in the regions. An innovative 8-phase learning model will be used as a main method of delivering the training content.

With the participation of people who tested the platform, Radar B produces and distributes 7 small videos on YTube. These videos are the views of learners, tutors and managers of the testing in France. These videos were also shown on Facebook and Twitter. The project leaders in France launched an information campaign on the results of testing. These will be presented October 21, 2011 at the Cité Allende in Lorient. Various stake-holders were invited to this presentation. The GREF Bretagne which is the portal for information on training and employment in Brittany has published information about this meeting. More than 400 people, stake-holders in the Education and Training have been informed by email and through websites.

The evaluation of the testing took place at the Centre Nautique de Lorient in the presence of people who have tested the platform for a month. They have given their views on the state of the platform and spotted the weaknesses of the platform. This allows us to advise on changes to improve the tool. As expected, the main difficulty has been the implementation of collaborative work. Some technical difficulties have also emerged, such as different levels of knowledge of ICT tools as well as organizational problems to work in pairs.

The final project meeting was held on 15th and 16th of September in Barcelona, Spain. The hosting organisation was Ciberespacio SL, Spanish partner in the project.

The partners summarised the project results achieved so far, discussed the testing phase and presented their conclusions. Strong impact was also put on dissemination activieties and on dissemination seminars, one of the results of the project. Moreover, partners discussed the process of preparing the final report to be drafted.

The evaluation was carried out by the participants with a very positive feedback. One NGO, the Association of  Business Agency Development and a Website on Design Thinking were invited to the evaluation under the possibilities they can include the VOIP e-learning platform as tool for future training.

The testing of the multi- functional platform for education of employees over 50 in Bulgaria ended with a final meeting of tutors and students, in the office of Know and Can Association. A discussion and a short research on the opinion of the participants were conducted during the meeting. They said that during the training they made new friendships, improved their communication skills and acquired new knowledge, which they will use in their work.

The last of the four support meetings organized by Cesie in the VoIP Pilot Course was held yesterday in Cesie’s office. It was an opportunity to clarify some unclear concepts that have been taught during the courses. Tutors provided additional answers to problems and the ongoing collection of comments, remarks and opinions from users was concluded.

Our call for volunteers to test the VoIP platform has been very successful. 27people have registered for training. The testing will take place from September 2 to 30 and beyond for those who wish to continue. Now an initial assessment formwas sent to candidates. It will better identify the needs of trainees and to customize the educational answers. The test consists of evaluating the platform for distance training. The concept of collaborative learning is a must for online training. It also includes a blended learning approach: online, offline, in-class,working in pairs and small groups at a distance. During training, learners will be able to use the most common tools of communication on the Internet: Skype, forums, chats, whiteboard etc.. A contact to explain the operation of the platform and detailed training objectiveswill be held on 2 September from 17 hours to 19 hours in Centre Nautique de Lorient, Quai Eric Tabarly.

In Bulgaria the testing process of the multi- functional platform is running without any problems. The employees, who participate in the courses are pleased with the fact that they can improve their skills and enrich their knowledge, without leaving their workplaces, which saves money and time. Know and Can Association organizes regular meetings with the tutors and the students, in order problems in the education process to be solved and additional information about the courses to be given.
